I am finally stitching these tiny penny stacks together.
They are so adorable
Just 1" blacks, with 9/16" colours.
I back the stack with another 1" black
This is helpful for two reasons,
it hides stitches and it allows me to join the stacks.
Easily whip stitch one to another,
pull the thread through to the next position
and so on.
Make rows and then join the rows.
An easy method for newbies and
a great way to use up those scraps!
Check back later for the finished mat.
In the meantime check my Instagram reels
for two short videos on this method.
Keep on stitching,
Colleen
Yay you - getting it done!
