Same renovation, more pictures.
This is the "after the drywallers" stage.
(choke, gag, cough, sneeze, we're really glad that part is done)
A photo of the master bedroom. We love the new windows and doors!

Now moving into the "floorlayer" stage. Patching and repairing what was into what now is.
Peek a boo (photo below) shows new bathroom entrance on right and walkin closet entrance on left.
Ex-hallway hardwood (longways on the right) to be pulled up and layed into the
opposite direction for the master bedroom flooring.
No photo of the studio to share, looks pretty much the same as this,
drywalled with hardwood floor repairs.
Thank you to everyone ordering from my Etsy shop, I'm still filling orders during the renovation if you need wool cirlces and templates. Some of my wool is buried deep right now, but some wool is already cut.
My black wool is close by.
My e patterns are just a few clicks of the keyboard away.
Wow! Its going to be amazing.
ReplyDeleteHow many months of chaos have you endured already?
I'd be a mess without my sewing space to gather my thoughts and calm myself.
I hope its done soon and we all get to see how wonderful your new creative space will be.
Happy Sewing
The renovations look great! I can't wait to see the finish! :) I just discovered your blog the other day and love it! You have given me the courage to try my hand at making my own penny rug.
ReplyDeleteTake Care and Hope you have a great weekend!

Hi Kim, it's been too long. We started moving everything out on Boxing Day! I'm hoping we have 2 weeks of the big things and then it will be finishing and getting things back into order. I can't wait, I want my studio back! I'll be sharing more soon.
